Business Profile

Nis-Spec1st We are a specialist Nissan dismantler that take low mileage insurance claim vehicles and dismantle them for parts. We use a modern stock inventory program that helps us to determine demand and in turn we can select the correct vehicles from auctions to suit the customers requirements. It is our aim to reduce the risk of used parts by testing them to a high standard and giving a warranty on most parts where available.

We are an approved, environmentally-friendly Nissan only specialist recyclers - offering from 90 days warranty as standard on all our used parts, and up to 12 months warranty on selected used, and all new parts. Warranty is usually effective from the date of invoice.

Late model, low mileage, hard-to-find specialists, we hold huge stocks of quality parts at competitive prices - all accessible via our fully computerised inventory system.

We can supply all parts via rapid APC, Royal Mail, Pallet Ways & Courier delivery and can deliver to any UK or international address. Delivery is usually a next working day service in the UK, if ordered before 12.00pm.

We always aim to dispatch items quoted as being next working day delivery on the day payment is processed, subject to the order being placed before our deadline. We cannot however be held responsible for goods not delivered on this basis by 3rd party couriers.

Warranty relates to the supplied part(s) only, it expressly excludes any consequential loss & fitting/ labour charges. Any part tampered with or dismantled in any way will invalidate the warranty.

All engines & gearboxes will usually be drained of all fluids for carriage. It is the customers responsibility to refill prior to use, as any damage incurred as a result of not doing so will again invalidate this warranty. It is strongly recommended that a new timing belt be fitted to any engine we supply, and that all units be installed, maintained & adjusted be a qualified technician.

"Exchange Unit" means that you pay a lower price for the part we supply, in return for you part-exchanging your existing, corresponding item. A refundable surcharge may be required at point of sale.

It is our policy to firstly replace incorrect or faulty items before we refund. If there are any issues with the part, ie wrongly supplied or incorrectly ordered we must be notified within 5 working days.

Please note that to avoid the "trial & error" method of repair, ECU`s & electrical items will only be exchanged or have a credit note issued against them.

Refunds may take up to 5 days to appear on your statement from the date on which they were actioned. The method of refund will be the same as that used to pay.

Customer is to pay carriage on any parts returned, unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed by ourselves.

We need to have received all relevant parts (whether correct, incorrect or faulty) back at our premises for inspection before we can make the appropriate decision to either replace or refund.

It is the customers responsibility to send items back via either recorded or special delivery means in order to obtain a tracking number and signature - proof pf posting is not the same as proof of delivery.

Items returned should be in the same condition in which they were supplied.

Orders cancelled after dispatch & parts wrongly ordered/ correctly supplied but no longer wanted /required may be subject to a 25% handling / restocking fee, be only eligible for a credit note or may be refused altogether.

Multiple orders which contain one or more incorrect items will be offered a replacement or refund for the incorrect items only - not the whole order.

Should we have any issues with sending any part out we will always attempt to contact the customer as early as possible, this can on occasions cause us to miss the collection time, for which we cannot be held responsible for.

All parts MUST therefore be inspected for damage in transit upon arrival, BEFORE you sign for them- even if this means keeping the delivery driver waiting. We can NOT exchange or refund any parts damaged in transit if you or your representative (family, friends, neighbours etc) sign for them as being in good order. Signing for the goods as "unchecked" is not acceptable.
